  Verna A. Stuart, 77, of New Castle, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Wednesday evening, July 6 2016 after a brief illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, and by her husband , Wes C. Stuart, who died 27 years ago. She is survived by one son and three daughters: Wes (and Pamela) Stuart, Jr. of West Pittsburg PA; and Lori (and Ken) Aller, of New Castle; and Stacy (and Daymon) Attisano, and Christine (and Michael) Collins, all of Portersville. Seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren also survive. Private services were held at 11:00 A.M….

Michael A. Esoldo, 74, of Ellwood City passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2016 at Glades West Rehab Center in Miramar, Fla. Born June 11, 1942 in New Brighton, PA, Michael was the son of the late Michael S. and Betty Pisani Esoldo. He had retired as a foreman from the Babcock and Wilcox Tubular Products Plant in Koppel. Beverly Ann Sutkowski passed away peacefully on Monday July 4, 2016, surrounded by loving friends and family, at UPMC Passavant Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was 47 years old. Born May 7, 1969, she was the daughter of Raymond and Eleanor Sutkowski of Ellwood City. Ms. Sutkowski was employed as a Pathology Systems Engineer at Orchard Software. A 1987 graduate of Lincoln High School, she went on to study at both Duquesne University and Slippery Rock University. Donna Jean Montozzi, 84, of Spring Hill, Florida (formerly of Ellport) passed away Sunday, June 26, 2016 at Mariner Palms Assisted Living Facility in Florida. Born March 16, 1932 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Sylvester and Hazel Gilchrist Ferrucci. She was married for 65 years to Gene Montozzi as they were married February 3, 1951. Anthony P. “Tony” Tino, Jr. of Ellwood City passed away on Monday, June 27, 2016 in the Golden Hill Nursing Home. Tony was born on July 16, 1941 in Ellwood City to the late Anthony P. Tino Sr. and Winifred “Babe” Stoner Tino. He had attended Lincoln High School.
