Born October 7, 1943 in Beaver Falls, she was the daughter of the late Herbert and Marjorie Suders. She was married to Donald E. Bash for 45 years when he passed away on October 30, 2012. Nellie Shaffer, 95, of Fombell passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 in the Butler Memorial Hospital. Born in Camp Run, Beaver County, Nellie was the daughter of the late Leroy and Frances Steffler Smith.  She was preceded in death by her husband, John Shaffer, on July 17, 2020.  They were married on September 4, 1948.  Nellie was a member of Wurtemburg Presbyterian Church.
