Nancy was born on February 10, 1946 in Ellwood City to Earl W. and Martha Eleanor Craven Hennon. She attended Chewton and Shenango Schools before graduating from Ellwood City in 1964. Nancy was happily married to her late husband Fred Paul Uber whom she met at church, for nearly 36 years until his untimely death in 2009. Joseph Carmen Mangelli Jr., 41, of Koppel passed away on Wednesday, July 5th, 2023 at the Heritage Valley Medical Center following an extended illness. Joseph was born at the Beaver Valley Medical Center on January 3rd, 1982 to the late Joseph Carmen Mangelli, Sr. and Jamie (Hamilton) Brightwell of Koppel. He is a member of the Beaver Falls High School class of 2001. Joe also graduated from the New Castle School of Trades where studied automotive repair. Robert “Robbie” S. Cowan, 57, of Perry Township passed away on Tuesday, July 4th, 2023 at the Heritage Valley Medical Center. Robbie was born at the New Brighton Hospital on February 22nd, 1966 to the late John R. “Jack and Eva Jane (Locke) Cowan Jr.. He had graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1984. Bruce W. Patrick, 65, of Ellwood City, passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 2023 at Butler Memorial Hospital. Born on April 6, 1958 in Rochester, Bruce was the son of the late George and Mary Ann Kessler Patrick.  He retired from Norfolk Southern in 2013 as an Electrician.  Bruce was a member of Divine Grace Parish and its Holy Name Society and the New Brighton Masonic Lodge.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, golfing and leatherworking. Arthur F. Lowrie III, 61, of Ellwood City passed away suddenly at home on Saturday, July 1st, 2023. Arthur was born on January 11th, 1962 in Pittsburgh to Arthur F. and Joanne (Griffin) Lowrie Jr.. Artie attended Lincoln High School and The Culinary Institute of Pittsburgh, which included a trip to Paris. He loved the cellars where the cheeses were made. Arthur P. “Art” Pistachio, 65, of New Castle passed away Friday, June 30, 2023 at UPMC – Jameson Hospital following a two-year courageous battle with cancer. Born November 12, 1957 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Samuel and Lucy Greco Pistachio. Art had graduated from Lincoln High School in 1976. Joan Leo, 60, of Ellport, passed away on Friday, June 30, 2023 in her residence following a long battle with Alzheimer’s. Born on November 18, 1962 in Mt. Lebanon, Joan was the daughter of the late Jim and Rosalie Vaglia Wold.  She retired from Andritz Herr-Voss Stamco as an accounting supervisor after 28 years.  Joan was an avid Pittsburgh Penguins fan.  She enjoyed camping, dancing and walking.  She absolutely loved spending time with her grandchildren.
