Robert L. Nalesnik, 85, of Big Beaver Borough passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 30, 2023 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Born August 21, 1937 in Beaver Falls, he was the son of the late Stephen L. and Emma Popp Nalesnik. Bob first worked for Kohlman’s Bottling in Beaver Falls then for 7 Up Bottling in Cranberry. Denny was born on June 14th, 1944 in New Castle to the late Ken and Jennie (Tirlea) Main. He had graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1962. Denny had worked at the Aetna Standard Engineering Company and then at the Ellwood City Forge from 1967 until he retired in 2003. Dennis “Denny” L. Cortez, 67, of North Sewickley Twp. passed away on Saturday, July 29th, 2023 at the PAM Hospital at Heritage Valley Medical Center in Beaver. Denny was born in Ellwood City on June 26th, 1956 the son of the late David R. and Katherine (Kast) Cortez. He had graduated from Lawrence County Vocational School in New Castle having learned the welding trade with the class of 1975. Denny had many different jobs, mostly truck driving and delivery.
