Mr. Richard L. Miles, Jr., 67, of Wampum passed away on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 in the Friendship Ridge Nursing Center. Mr. Miles was born on September 7, 1949 in Erie, Pa to the late Richard L. and Edith L. Steele Miles, Sr.. He had attended Riverside High School.  Richard enlisted with the U.S. Marines on February 2, 1967  and served until his discharge on December 17, 1970 .
