Mrs. Emma F. Naticchioni, 91, of Ellwood City passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2017 in the UPMC Shadyside Hospital. Mrs. Naticchioni was born on January 20, 1926 in Ellwood City to the late Eutimio and Caroline Lanza Mancini. She is a member of the Lincoln High School class of 1944, and the Holy Redeemer Parish. Emma had worked at the U.S. Steel Ellwood City plant in the payroll bureau and accounting department from January of 1945 until November of 1948. Ms. Ruth V. Bell, 63, of New Castle passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 in the UPMC Magee Hospital. Ruth was born on July 15, 1953 in Jacksonville, FL to the late Lewis and Geraldine Alben Bell Johnston. She is a member of the Lincoln High School class of 1971, and attended the Cincinnati Bible College for 1 year. Ruth then earned her Degree in Education from Geneva College. Harry  T.  Kauffman, 81, of North Sewickley Township  passed away peacefully on  Tuesday evening, March 7 2017 at the Ellwood City Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was a  union  trucker for  30 years, and worked for Quality Carriers trucking.  He loved his job, and always said “ the bigger the truck, the better”. Judith L. Maassen, 74 of River Rd., North Sewickley Twp. passed away on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 in the Butler Memorial Hospital. Born in Ellwood City on September 19, 1942, Judith was the daughter of the late William H and Mildred C. Miller Bushyeager. Dr. Milton L. Caplan, 101

Dr. Milton L. Caplan was born in 1915, son of the late Jacob L. Caplan and Gertrude Goldman Caplan, in Ellwood City, and lived in Ellwood most of his life, until  2003, at the age of 88, when he retired to West Palm Beach Florida. Charles (Charlie) Vance Solbrig, 88, of Ellwood City, PA passed away on March 5, 2017 at his home in Harrisburg, PA where he has been living with his wife, Rita Joyce Solbrig since becoming ill several years ago.
