Gloria J. Selby, 65, of Chippewa passed away peacefully Sunday, February 5, 2017 at the Heritage Valley – Beaver Hospital following a short illness. Born August 6, 1951 in Washington, PA. She was married for 18 years to Richard E. Selby who survives. Gloria owned and operated Gloria’s Wallpaper and Painting Co. for many years. She had been formerly employed at the 19th Hole in Chippewa and Pier 19 in Bridgewater. Gloria was a member of the Lady’s Auxiliary in the Highland Vets. Elva J. Brown, 95, formerly of Castlewood passed away Sunday, February 5, 2017 at The Grove At Harmony. Born April 28, 1921 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Alice Keller Vogler. She was married on December 3, 1945 to Curtis Glenn Brown who passed away June 5, 1989. Upon marrying Curtis, she became the mother of his four children that she loved and raised as her own. Elva was an active and faithful member of Harmony Baptist Church. Born June 29, 1933 in Rush Twp., Center County, PA, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Corabelle Henderson Grinnen. She was married for 48 years to John R. “Mike” Rychlicki who passed away March 11, 2001. Peggy, with her husband Mike, owned and operated Peggy’s Floral and Gift Shop in Wampum for 45 years. Judith  A.  Wise, 72, of  Camp Allegheny Road,  Ellwood City, (Wayne Township),  passed away suddenly  and unexpectedly  on Wednesday evening, February 1, and went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, in the Ellwood City Hospital. She was born in Ellwood City  on  November 15 1944  to the late  Henry and Nina  Gongaware Wilson. She graduated from  Lincoln High School, and also graduated from the Beaver Falls Beauty Academy. Loretta H. Hutchison, 96, of Ellwood City (Wayne Township), passed away peacefully on  Wednes day, February   1, 2017 at The Grove at  Harmony PA . She was born In Ellwood City on December 26 1920 to the late Byron Hutchison Sr., and the late Olive Umstead  Hutchison. She attended Lincoln High School in Ellwood City, and  for many years,  did private duty housekeeping for many families in the area. She was Protestant by faith. Dorothy A. Lumley, 73, of Beaver Falls, formerly of North Sewickley Township, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 31 2017 in  Curahealth  at  Heritage Beaver Valley. She was born in New Castle   on January 7 1944 to the late  George  and Minnie  Keller. She  was a member of Valley Baptist Church in Beaver Falls. Linda L. Brown, 70, of Fountain Ave. Ellwood City passed away Sunday, January 29, 2017 at UPMC Passavant Hospital in McCandless Twp. following a brief illness. Born September 28, 1946 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Nettie Collins Myers. She was married for 50 years to Dale A. Brown as they were married November 11, 1966.
