Earl L. McElwain, 86 of Wurtemburg Rd., Wayne Township passed away at the residence of his step-daughter, Carol Lee Gardner in Millersburg, Ohio on Thursday, April 13, 2017. Born in Ellwood City on January 7, 1931, Earl was the son of the late Clarence and Otis Kelty McElwain. Earl was preceded in death by his wife, the former Evelyn Johnson McElwain, who passed away on December 11, 2013. They were married on July 31, 1964.
