Ronald R. Stelter, 83, of West Pittsburg passed away Sunday, April 2, 2017 at UPMC – Jameson Hospital following a brief illness. Born December 16, 1933 in Shenango Twp, he was the son of the late Fred D. and Virginia Bowden Stelter. He was married for 56 years to Rita R. Atkinson Stelter who passed away December 1, 2010.
