Delores Boydell, 88, of Ellwood City passed away peacefully on Friday, October 16, 2020 at UPMC – Jameson Hospital following a short illness. Born March 23, 1932 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Floyd Walter and Anita Delores (Ewing) Frishkorn.  She was married for more than 66 years to Donald Edward Boydell who died April 26, 2018. Ronald Jack “The Mayor” Guy, 71, of Chewton passed away Thursday, October 15, 2020 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh following a short illness. Born November 30, 1948 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Neil A. and Shirley J. Kissick Guy . He was married to Karole J. Abate Guy on September 15, 1973. Stephen R. Weir, 59, of North Sewickley Twp. formerly of Ellwood City passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Monday, October 12, 2020. Born February 11, 1961 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Willard and Shirley (Kolitz) Weir. Steve retired from the US Postal Service in 2013. He worked as a carrier and then in area maintenance departments. Steve graduated from Lincoln High School in 1979. Born August 2, 1936 in Youngstown, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late William and Pauline (Guy) Lambright. Ina was affiliated with the Chewton Christian Church. Mary Lou Krosovic, 86, of Ellwood City (formerly of Wampum) passed away Thursday, October 8, 2020 at the Haven Nursing Home in New Castle. Born November 21, 1933 in New Brighton, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Tilda Petti Santelli. She was married to Robert A. Krosovic who passed away in 2001. Mary Lou was a graduate of Wampum High School. She retired from Geneva College in 1994 following 24 years as a secretary.
