Roxanne L. Gwilt, 60, of Wayne Twp. passed away Friday, November 27, 2020 at Allegheny General Hospital following a brief illness. Born October 24, 1960 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Virgil and Dorothy Chapman Newton. She was married to Randy Gwilt for 15 years, he survives. Roxanne was a 1978 graduate of Lincoln High School and was a member of the First Baptist Church. She worked at the Passavant Retirement Center for over 20 years.
