Joseph William McLaughlin, 41 of Ellwood City passed away at Allegheny General Hospital on Friday, November 27, 2020. Born in Ellwood City on May 12, 1979, Joseph was the son of Charles Joseph (Kathy) McLaughlin of Orange, CA and Joy B. Dwyer Nye (Fiance Michael Richard) New Castle.  Joseph was a chef and graduate of the Culinary Institute of Pittsburgh and Riverside High School. Mrs. Barbara J. Bartolomeo, 88, of Ellwood City passed away on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at the Avalon Nursing Center in New Castle. Mrs. Bartolomeo was born on January 19, 1932 in New Castle to the late Claude and Ethel (Alsop) Beckman. She is a member of the New Castle High School class of 1950 and the Holy Redeemer Parish. William D. Timpano, 81 of Wayne Township, passed away at his residence on Monday, November 23, 2020 at 2:36 AM. Born in Ellwood City on June 4, 1939, Bill was the son of the late James and Thelma Foreman Timpano.  Bill is survived by his wife, the former Glenna Young, whom he married on August 11, 1967.  An auto mechanic, Bill owned and operated The Timpano Dodge Agency in Ellwood City and later Energy Auto Sales.  An avid outdoorsman, Bill enjoyed hunting and camping.  He also enjoyed flea-marketing. Mr. John A. Conti, 77, of New Castle, formerly of Ellport, passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at the UPMC Jameson Hospital in New Castle. John was born on March 16, 1943 in Ellwood City to the late Carmen A. and Nellie A. (Sainato) Conti. He is a member of the Lincoln High School class of 1961 and the Holy Redeemer Parish. Mrs. Marjorie J. “Margie” Malush, 83, of Ellwood City passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at the Northview Estates. Mrs. Malush was born on January 18, 1937 in Heidelberg, Pa to the late Stanley and Helen (Harbin) Kasperowski. She had graduated from the Bridgeville High School with the class of 1955. For many years Marjorie worked for the Army Corp. of Engineers at the Federal Building in Pittsburgh where she was in charge of the travel department. Joseph V. Greco, Jr., 88, of Ellwood City, passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at UPMC Jameson in New Castle.
