Born on December 31, 1963 in New Castle, David is the son of Priscilla Snezic Tomon of Wayne Township and the late John M. Mrs. Fiori was born on April 29, 1927 in Ellwood City to the late Joseph and Mary Assunta (Innocent) Frisk. Harold “Pete” Shipe, 88, of Ellwood City, formerly of Valencia, passed away in his residence on Monday, December 14, 2020 after an extended illness.
