Mr. George E. Miller, 76, of Ellport passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2019 at the Brighton Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. Mr. Miller was born on June 4, 1943 in New Castle to the late George W. and Edna (Wenkhous) Miller. He graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1961. He enlisted with the U.S. Navy on May 31, 1961 and served honorably until his discharge on June 1, 1964. George then worked for the Babcock & Wilcox Steel Mill in Koppel, Beaver Falls, and Ambridge from 1964 until he retired in 1984. He enjoyed gardening, walking, and…

Mr. Carl J. Castellani, 88, formerly of Ellport passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at the St. John Specialty Care Center in Mars, Pa. Mr. Castellani was born on October 25, 1930 in Ellwood City to the late Leandro and Maria (Ceccarli) Castellani. He graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1949, and is a member of the Holy Redeemer Parish. Mr. David L. Shaw, 70, of Wayne Township passed away on Monday, August 26, 2019 at the VA Butler Healthcare. Mr. Shaw was born on March 21, 1949 in Grove City to the late Dr. Stanley M. and Mary L. Tom was born on December 8, 1953 to the late Jimmie and Anna Marie (Fester) Bucci, Sr.. He is a member of the Lincoln High School class of 1972. Shirley F. Murphy, 75, of New Beaver Boro, Wampum passed away Saturday, August 24, 2019 at her residence following a lengthy illness. Born February 10, 1944 in Beaver Falls, she was the daughter of the late Clyde Dale and Rosanna Jane (Cogley) Haines. She was married to George F. Murphy for 51 years when he died July 23, 2012.
