Timothy John Kinard, 62 of Slippery Rock Township passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at his residence following a courageous 3 year battle with esophageal cancer. Born in York, PA on August 18, 1958, Tim was the son of Maryanne Nonemaker Kinard of Florida and the late Paul Kinard.  Tim was a heavy equipment operator at Medusa for 33 years and retired from Team Fischel in 2017.  He was a 1977 graduate of Lincoln High School.  Tim enjoyed family camping and bonfires, but his greatest pleasure was fishing with his kids and grandkids. Lena Mae Trivilino, 89, of Ellwood City passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at The Grove At Harmony where she had resided since March of 2018. Born January 19, 1931 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Alvin J. and Onie May Martin Roe. She was married to Joseph A. Trivilino on October 29, 1955. He passed in 1981. Daniel “Danny” D. DeCaria, 61, of Ellwood City passed away on Monday, December 21, 2020 at his residence. Danny was born in Ellwood City on March 26, 1959 to Anthony F. and Grace (Cerritelli) DeCaria. He had graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1978, and later from the Pittsburgh Beauty Academy. For 18 years he was the owner and operator of DeCaria’s Hairstyling in Cranberry Twp.. Thomas D. Langhel, 85, of Koppel (formerly of Patterson Heights) passed away Sunday, December 20, 2020 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital following a year long health struggle. Born July 16, 1935 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Trian and Jeannette Moldovan Langhel. He was married to Agnes “Cookie” Aldrich Langhel on November 15, 1958. She survives. Ellwood City’s last Pearl Harbor Survivor, Staff Sgt Joseph Michael Gasper passed away in his home on December 20, 2020. Joe, the youngest of three children from Hungarian immigrants Michael Gasper and Mary (Pollack) Gasper, was born April 23, 1918 in Zelienople PA. As a teen growing up during the Great Depression, he left home after his mother died to help support his family. He worked with the Ringling Bros Circus and then became a part of Franklin Roosevelt’s fledgling Civilian Conservation Corps. He sent money home every month to his family. Roger Pritts, 80, of North Sewickley Township passed away Sunday, December 20, 2020 at Heritage Valley Beaver. Born November 4, 1940 in Garrett, PA, he was the son of the late Charles and Irma Brown Pritts. He was married to Janet Shirey Pritts. She passed on October 20, 2008.
