Richard Ladoy Neyman, 74, of Franklin Twp, Ellwood City passed away on Oct 18, 2021 at UPMC Jameson Hospital, in New Castle. He was the son of the late Arthur and Willa Marie Neyman and was born in Ellwood City on September 13, 1947. He was a U.S. Army Veteran during the Vietnam War. He received the Bronze Star and the Distinguished Flying Cross for his gallantry and bravery while serving his country, in Vietnam.
