Minnie Jo Lutz, 71, of Wayne Township, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at PAM Health Specialty Hospital in Brighton Township. Richard E. “Rick” Higley, 68, of Wayne Township, passed away on Monday, February 6, 2023 at UPMC Passavant.
