Born in Curtisville, PA on May 4, 1940, Thomas was the son of the late James and Elizabeth Spence Adams. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra Sauffer Adams on May 7, 2005. Howard R. “Dutch” Nagel, 69 of Shenango Twp. passed away on Friday, November 18, 2016 at his hunting camp in Port Allegheny, PA.
