Born December 21, 1942 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Russel and Velma Grinnen Mohr. She was married to John O. Goebel Sr. on August 25, 1961. Frannie enjoyed working on the family farm. Her most cherished moments were spent with family, especially her grandchildren and great-granddaughter.
