At the conclusion of the 9 a.m. Mass, on Sunday, August 25, Father James Wehner recognized and blessed all attending students, from pre-k thru college, returning to school this year.
That blessing is a true prayer that asks God to care, protect, help and provide guidance, for those students starting their school year. It also reminds us that He is keeping a watchful eye over them, just like their loving parents, and prompts all of us to remember that we are also under His loving care during good and tough times.
