Lawrence County 4-H Announces Its 2020 Virtual Benefit Auction

Everyone is invited to help us make the best, better by attending the 20th Annual Lawrence County 4-H Benefit Auction Sunday, December 6, 2020, through Thursday, December 10, 2020 – where all proceeds go directly to the Lawrence County 4-H/Youth Development Program!

The original auction was scheduled for Saturday, March 21, 2020, but we are back and just in time for your holiday shopping!

Bidding opens on Sunday, December 6, 2020, at noon, and ends on Thursday, December 10, 2020, at 8:00 pm at lawrence4hauction.psu.edu.

Pick-up for items is scheduled for Saturday, December 12, 2020, and Sunday, December 13, 2020, at the Liberty Grange, 3067 Harlansburg Rd, New Castle, PA 16101. Buyers with winning bids will be sent instructions about scheduling a pick-up time and other important information about a safe, no-contact, curbside pick-up. Payment will be due at pick-up in the form of cash, check, or money order.

All proceeds go directly to the Lawrence County 4-H/Youth Development Program. Funds provide 4-H’ers with scholarships to attend regional, state and national leadership and citizenship development events. In addition, funds cover the state membership fee, meaning members join the program at no cost. The Lawrence County 4-H Program is a non-formal educational youth development program offered through Penn State Extension that teaches and promotes positive life skills through “learn by doing” hands-on activities and all proceeds go directly to the youth programming.
