Mayor Anthony J. Court recently presented Jacob Donley with a formal letter of recognition celebrating his achievement of earning the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, the highest distinction in the Boy Scouts of America.
The presentation marked a significant milestone in Donley’s life, recognizing years of dedication and commitment to leadership and service. Having successfully completed his Eagle Board of Review on November 6, 2025, Donley joins an elite group of individuals who have demonstrated exceptional character and the ability to lead with integrity.
