Mark K. Dover, 64, of Neshannock Township passed away at his residence on Friday, August 26th, 2022. Mark was born in New Castle on February 10th, 1958 to the late Donald L. and Betty Ann (Bixler) Dover. He had graduated from Laurel High School with the class of 1976. Following high school, Mark enlisted with the United States Marine Corps on December 7th, 1976 and served until his discharge on March 19th, 1982 with the rank of Corporal. Robert R. “Bob” Harper, 88 of Ellwood City passed away at UPMC Passavant Cranberry on Saturday, August 27, 2022. Born in Ellwood City on March 18, 1934, Bob was the son of the late, Manuel & Alice Mitchell Harper.  He is survived by his wife, the former Catherine L. Gerald Lee (Jerry) Cole, 82, passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, after a long battle with COPD and cancer. He is survived by his wife, Linda. They were married for 61 years.
