Susan E. Stelter, 69, of New Beaver Borough passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2024 at her residence following a short illness. Born June 13, 1955 in New Brighton, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Mildred Nye Bernd. Susan graduated from Riverside High School. She was a devoted homemaker who enjoyed sewing, crafting, and cooking. Her most cherished moments were spent with family, especially her grandchildren. Born June 11, 1940 in Ellwood City Hospital, she was the daughter of John and Mary Walukiewicz Modliszewski. Norberta, the last of her family, was preceded in death by two brothers, John Frances who died in infancy (1932) and James Frederick in 2007.
