Riverside Football Advances

Congratulations to the Riverside Football Team on advancing to the WPIAL Semi-Finals by defeating Avonworth High School on Friday night. Riverside will now play at North Hills at 7:30p.m. against Steel Valley High School this Friday. Tickets will be on sale this Friday in the high school athletic office from 7:50a.m. to 10:50a.m. Then tickets will be sold in the middle school and elementary lunches from 10:50a.m. and -12:30p.m. Finally, tickets will be on sale in the athletic office again from 12:30p.m.- 1:30p.m. Student tickets are $5 and adult tickets are $7. All tickets will be $7 at the gate.


REC Wrestling Registration

The grade 1-6 boys and girls REC Wrestling registrations dates are coming up fast. Registration will be on Mondaym November 6th, Wednesday, November 8th, and Monday, November 13th.  The registration will take place in Lincoln High School. You can mail in the registration form if interested, but unable to attend registration.  Additional forms and information can be found on the REC Wrestling website at www.leaguelineup.com/recwrestling ‘Set goals. Riverside Football Qualifies for WPIAL Playoffs

Congratulations to the Riverside Football Team for qualifying for the WPIAL playoffs. The team will host Frazier this Friday at 7:30p.m. in the first round of the playoffs. BC3 Volleyball Squad Crowned WPCC Champs Again

Butler, PA- Brittney Bianco had 35 assists and Emily Magusiak 11 kills as the Butler County Community College volleyball team on Saturday won its 14th Western Pennsylvania Collegiate Conference title since 1977, ninth under coach Rob Snyder and third in a row by sweeping the Community College of Beaver County. BC3, the tournament’s top seed, beat the Titans 25-16, 25-16 and 25-20 in the best-of-5 finals and moved to 17-5 entering this weekend’s National Junior College Athletic Association Region XX Division III championships. Girls and Boys Soccer in the WPIAL PLAYOFFS

Both the Riverside Girls and Boys Soccer Teams qualified for the WPIAL Playoffs. The boys will play first as they play this Saturday, October 21 at 3PM at North Allegheny High School as they take on Freeport High School.  The bus will leave from the high school K- Center parking lot at 1 PM. Ellwood City Senior/Parent Recognition Night

The Senior/Parent Recognition Night will be taking place on October 20 and the schedule of events is as following: 6:00 – Parents/escorts arrive at Helling Stadium (please report to the end zone by the baseball field) 6:15 – Parents and athletes will be aligned alphabetically beginning with the football team 6:30 – Pre-game show Marching Blue Band 6:40 – Introduction of parents and athletes 7 – Riverside vs. Ellwood City


Riverside Sophomores Advance to Golf PIAA Finals

Riverside Sophomores, Skylar Fox and Justin Hand advanced to the PIAA Individual Golf Finals next week in Hershey. Both will compete in the state finals based on their performance in the western finals.  


Riverside Golf Advances in WPIALs

The Riverside Golf Team advanced to the WPIAL Team Finals! The team will play in the WPIAL Team Finals on Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 9a.m. at Cedarbrook Golf Course. Great job and good luck Panthers!
