Portersville Christian School Spring Musical

Portersville Christian School’s Fine Arts Committee announces that The Sound of Music will be staged Thursday, April 30, Friday, May 1, and Saturday, May 2, at 7 PM, at the school, 343 East Portersville Road/Rt. 488 East, Portersville PA 16051. The director is Ryan Wise.

With music by Richard Rodgers, lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II, and book by Howard Lindsay and Russel Crouse, The Sound of Music is based on the memoir of Maria von Trapp and the story of the von Trapp family in 1930’s Austria.

Tickets go on sale March 16. Ticket order forms will be available on the homepage of the school’s website, www.ourpcs.org or by calling the school office at 724-368-8787, extension 201. Tickets will also be available at the door. Tickets are $ 10 for adults; $ 8 for students. Children 5 and under are free.
