Born October 18, 1945 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Ancell Louis and Della Mae Ruehl Leonard. She was married to Gerald B. Hunter. Anita was a Veteran of both the Army and Navy serving during Vietnam. She was first employed as the parts manager for M&D Auto on Croton Ave., then she worked at Vital Records until her retirement.
