Dawn M. Price, 80 of Martin Avenue, Ellport passed away at Edison Manor on Tuesday, May 23, 2017. Born in Ellwood City on March 15, 1937 Dawn was the daughter of the late William A. and Clara E. Jordan T. Bobin, 17, of New Beaver Boro, Wampum passed away Monday, May 22, 2017 at the UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh. He died from injuries received after being struck by an automobile while bicycling. Born June 14, 1999 in Ellwood City, he was the son of Jon M. and Cindy Wise Bobin. Ruth  L.   Johnson,  93, of Ellwood City, passed  away  peacefully on  Saturday, May 20 2017 at  NorthView Estates in Ellwood City. She was born in North Sewickley Township   on June 19 1923 to the late Frank  and   Eva  Boots  Gallaher. Ruth graduated from Lincoln High School in Ellwood City. Funeral services were held Saturday for Ellwood City native, Gene L. MacDonald, 85 of Zanesville, OH.  He passed away on May 17, 2017 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville. Mr. Joseph F. Cucunato, 93, formerly of Ellwood City passed away on Monday, May 15, 2017 at his residence in Cullman, Alabama. Mr. Cucunato was born on April 21, 1924 in Richwood, West Virginia to the late Luigi and Josephine DeMasse Cucunato. He is a member of the Lincoln High School class of 1942.  He enlisted with the U.S. Army on March 11, 1943 and served with the Headquarter Company 2nd Battalion 109th Infantry Division until his discharge on July 20, 1945 with the rank of Private First Class.
