Mr. Smith was born on April 23, 1940 in Lackawanna, NY to the late Norman E. and Marjorie V. (Garasz) Smith. He had graduated from the Lackawanna High School with the class of 1958. Michael J. McCutcheon, 56, of Kyle Rd., New Castle (North Beaver Twp.) passed away at his home on Friday, March 30, 2018 surrounded by his loving family following a courageous battle with lymphoma.
