Shirley F. Snare, 84, of  Ellwood City, passed away peacefully on Thursday morning, August 1 2019, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, after a long illness. She was born in Ellwood City on June 22 1935 to the late Victor and Lillian McCready  Rider. Russell B. Malcolm, 39, of North Beaver Twp. passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 29, 2019. Born October 22, 1979 in Ellwood City, he was the son of Russell J. Malcolm with whom he resided and the late Barbara Jean Moore Malcolm. Russell formerly worked at Doren Inc in Wampum and Steelite International in New Castle. Julia A. McKinney, 63, of Wampum, passed away at UPMC Jameson on Monday, July 29, 2019. Born in Ellwood City on July 2, 1956, Julia was the daughter of the late Tulio and Susan Riccardi Deluria.  She married Steve McKinney on January 23, 1975.  Julia worked at the Residence Inn in Cranberry Township.  She enjoyed swimming, crocheting, cooking and playing bingo.  She loved spending time with her five grandchildren and her great-grandson.
