Mr. Howard W. “Gibby” Gibbs, 83, of North Sewickley Twp. went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, August 26, 2019 peacefully in his home. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and family man, Howard was born on July 4, 1936 in Pittsburgh to the late Howard S. and Anne (Glosser) Gibbs. He had graduated from the Bellevue High School with the class of 1954. Howard then worked for Columbia Gas for 45 years mainly as an inspector. Mr. Thomas M. Bucci, 65, formerly of Ellwood City passed away on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at the Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach, FL. Tom was born on December 8, 1953 to the late Jimmie and Anna Marie (Fester) Bucci, Sr.. He is a member of the Lincoln High School class of 1972. Tom enlisted with the U.S. Air Force on April 22, 1975 and served as a radio repairman at the Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota until his discharge on November 10, 1976. Shirley F. Murphy, 75, of New Beaver Boro, Wampum passed away Saturday, August 24, 2019 at her residence following a lengthy illness. Born February 10, 1944 in Beaver Falls, she was the daughter of the late Clyde Dale and Rosanna Jane (Cogley) Haines. She was married to George F. Murphy for 51 years when he died July 23, 2012. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Midge Leighber, and four brothers, Jim, Don, Raymond, and Tom Haines. A homemaker, Shirley enjoyed cooking and baking. Jason D. “Jake” Taylor, 53, of Perry Twp., Ellwood City passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 in Gettysburg. Marc R. Hill, 28, of Baden, formerly of Shenango Township, passed away on Monday, August 19 2019. He was born in Ellwood City on October 10 1990 to the late John Crespo, and Christina Hill of Fombell. Marc graduated from Shenango High School in 2009.
