Ms. Barbara A. “Bea/Barb” Barbati, 65 of Renfrew, PA, passed away on Monday, October 18th, 2021 at her residence. Bea was born on October 24th, 1955 in Ellwood City to the late James D. and Barbara (Getsay) Barbati. She graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1973, and then from Valencia Community College with a degree in nursing. After graduation, she went to work as a nurse in the operating room, at Florida Hospital, and then moved on to become a supervisor for out patient surgery. Jo Ann Schotsch, 72, of Minerva Ohio, formerly of Ellwood City, passed away in her residence on Sunday, October 17, 2021. Born in Ellwood City on June 17, 1949, Jo Ann was the daughter of the late Joseph and Ada Stansfield Summers.  Her husband, Dean B. Schotsch preceded her in death in 2013.  Jo Ann owned and operated Bulk Foods and More in Volant and later moved her business to Ellwood City. Catherine M. Trevelline, 86, formerly of North Sewickley Township passed away on Friday, October 15th, 2021 at the Heritage Valley Medical Center. Catherine was born on August 22nd, 1935 in Boyers, Pennsylvania, to the late Ralph and Edith (Vitale) Leone. She graduated from Grove City High School with the class of 1953. She was a member of Holy Redeemer Church and the Holy Redeemer Christian Mothers. Catherine enjoyed fishing, gardening, and spending time with her friends in Florida, but her greatest interests were her children and grandchildren. Ruth was born in Valencia Pennsylvania, Butler County on December 11th, 1936 to the late Adam LeVaughn Varner and Willa Mae Daufen of Fombell PA. Raised on a farm in Fombell, PA she graduated Lincoln High School in Ellwood City. She married Marlan Dale Hart, lived in North Sewickley Township and had two sons, Warren Dale Hart and Merle Duane Hart. Dale died in 1961. Phyllis Flinchbaugh Foley, 84, formerly of Second Street, passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at Northview Estates after a long battle with cancer.
