Ellwood City Library Activities for Week of September 3

The Ellwood City Area Public Library offers a variety of weekly activities.  Information is available by calling the library at 724-758-6458. Activities taking place this week include:   MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 3 The Library will be closed in observance of the Labor Day holiday.  Normal hours will resume on Tuesday, September 4. Franklin Township Tar & Chipping Schedule for Week of September 3

Franklin township has announced their tar and chipping schedule for the week of September 3.  PennDOT uses the tar and chip process, also known as seal coat, to help preserve the surfaces of rural and other low-volume roads in between paving. According to a social media post made by Franklin Township on Twitter, around 20 roads will be worked on during the week of September 3. Adoption Connection, PA Launches Shoe Collection Drive to Raise Money

Ellwood City’s Storytelling Festival

Ellwood City, PA – Ellwood City Community Enrichment and the Ellwood City Area Public Library will be hosting Ellwood City’s 17th Storytelling Festival on Saturday, September 15, 2018 from  4:00pm – 7pm in Ewing Park, Ellwood City, PA.  The festival is a beloved community event that features free activities for children and professional storytellers.
