Historical Society Fall Meeting A Success – Rain And All
Everyone was welcomed to the first Fall meeting of the Ellwood City Area Historical Society. Approximately 70 people attended the dinner which, because of the weather, was moved from Ewing Park to Calvin Presbyterian Church. Following the invocation by Charles Brown everyone enjoyed a “picnic” dinner prepared by Nico’s Restaurant. Following dinner, a short business meeting was held. Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as written. Treasurer’s report was given by Charlie Brown. Motion to accept was made by Mary May and seconded by Andy Kindle.
