DUI Arrest Leads To Drug Confiscation  On Wednesday, March 26, 23-year-old Cody Crawford, of New Castle, was arrested after police pulled him over on 5th Street for reckless driving. Reports state Crawford was “on Lawrence Avenue traveling all over the roadway” in his 2018 Chevy Impala.
