NOTICE: ECASD Schedules Buildings & Grounds Committee Meeting

According to information made available by the district this week, the Ellwood City Area School Board of Directors has scheduled a Buildings and Grounds Committee meeting on Thursday, March 9 2023. The meeting will take place at 6:00 p.m. followed by an already scheduled Regular Meeting of the Board at 7:00 p.m. The meetings will be held in the Board Room located in Lincoln Jr/Sr High School. The Ellwood City School District is located at 501 Crescent Avenue, Ellwood City, PA 16117.

Annual Ellwood City Easter Egg Hunt Returns, Under New Guidance

The Ellwood Area Egg Hunt Committee is announcing their retirement. With their 27th Annual, and final, Community Easter Egghunt completed last year, the committee has retired and has turned the event over to new guidance. The Ellwood City Area Chamber of Commerce will now be hosting the community Easter Egg Hunt event. This year’s event will take place Saturday, April 8th as their 1st Annual Community Easter Egg Hunt. Bernstine Announces Safe Schools Grant for Area School Districts

HARRISBURG – Rep. Calling all local comedy improv actors … Eric McAnallen is working to bring comedy improv to Ellwood City through his community-based troupe Driftwood Dramatics.
