Kaufman, 98, of Douglasville Georgia,  formerly of Ellwood City (Wiley Hill), passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 27 2016 at the Brookdale Assisted Living Center in Lithia Springs GA. She was born in Ellwood City on November 27 1917 to the late Earl Ellwood Duncan and the late Ida Mae Hummer Duncan. She graduated from Lincoln High School in Ellwood City, and was a member of Berachah Chapel  and later attended Wiley Hill Baptist Church while she lived here. Rhonda   Evans, 57,  of Ellwood City passed away unexpectedly  into God’s hands on  Wednesday, Sept. 21,  2016. She was born in Ellwood City on January 16 1959 , to the late James J. Evans Sr. and the late Josephine E. Tisdale Evans. Rhonda graduated from Lincoln High School in Ellwood City in 1977.   She  was currently employed at the Ellwood City Hospital in the Dietary Department  as a dietary aide  for the past eleven years.    She had also spent many years of employment  at Alsy Lighting and the Ellwood City Ledger. Pat was born on September 8, 1940 in Rimersburg, PA. to the late Russell and Geneva Frampton Lewis. She married Blaine E. Miller, who preceded her in death on January 16, 2001. Richard V. Fisher, 85 of Perry Highway (US Rte 19), Portersville, passed away on Saturday, August 13th 2016 at the Good Samaritan Hospice, Cabot, Pennsylvania. Dick was born in New Castle PA on September 14, 1930 to the late Vernon T. and Alda Jane Fisher. He married the former Florence Louise Fisher who preceded him in death on September 25, 2008. She was born in Brookville PA on October 9 1941, to the late  Quay and  Georgia  Conway  Wolfe.
