James G. Santis, 90,   of Frederick,  Maryland, formerly  of Ellwood City, passed away peacefully with his family at his side after a brief illness on Wednesday evening, December 21, 2016 at the Frederick Memorial Hospital in  Frederick MD. He was born in Ellwood City,  on February 8, 1926 to the late Dimitrios and Vasiliki Santis. She was born in Butler PA on March 23 1948 to the late  Paul Horst and the late Gladys Learn Horst. Zachary L. “Zack” Sockaci of Fombell passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on Wednesday evening, November 23, 2016 after a brief illness. He was born February 19, 1922 in Park Gate (Ellwood City) to the late John D. Sockaci and Adrienne (Pelissier) Sockaci. Zack graduated from Lincoln High School in 1939.
