Nick R. “Bobby” Viccari, 83, of Ellwood City passed away at UPMC Passavant McCandless on Thursday, December 17, 2020. Born in Ellwood City on January 23, 1937, Bobby was the son of the late Damiano and Bridgida Lupiano Viccari.  He is survived by his wife, the former Patricia Stiles whom he married on February 8, 1958.  Bobby worked as a millwright at Mathews Conveyor and later worked at the Housing Authority of Beaver Co.  Bobby was a member of Holy Redeemer Parish and the Zelienople Sportsmen’s Club. Born on December 31, 1963 in New Castle, David is the son of Priscilla Snezic Tomon of Wayne Township and the late John M. Harold “Pete” Shipe, 88, of Ellwood City, formerly of Valencia, passed away in his residence on Monday, December 14, 2020 after an extended illness. Born in Munhall, PA on August 17, 1932, Pete was the son of the late Albert and Jennie Ahlberg Shipe.  He married the former Carol Coleman on May 2, 1959.  Pete retired from Midland Title Insurance, where he worked as a title examiner.  A Veteran of the US Army, Pete served during the Korean War and later in the US Army Reserves.  He was a member the Mars VFW Post 7505.  Pete enjoyed hunting and he…

Peter “Pete” Christophe, Jr., 60, of Perry Township, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 in the emergency room at UPMC Jameson. Born in Ellwood City on November 4, 1960, Pete was the son of the late Peter and Margaret Palmer Christophe. Pete married the former Barbara Sommers on September 20, 1986 and together with their children, they owned and operated 4 Ways in Shenango Township. Pete enjoyed spending time with family and friends, riding dirt bikes and side-by-sides and he always enjoyed a good bonfire- the bigger, the better. Mary “Teidie” Elizabeth Dolter, 95, of Ellport passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Northview Estates in Ellwood City. Born on February 3, 1925, Mary was the daughter of the late Paul & Emma Fleckenstein Thiebaud.  Mary graduated from Zelienople High School in 1943 and she worked at US Steel where she met her husband of 40 years, Walter Glenn Dolter.  Glenn preceded her in death on September 18, 1994.  A member of Holy Redeemer Church, Mary also belonged to the Ellwood City Municipal Women’s Club for several years.  Mary also worked as a receptionist at Dolter Chiropractic.  She…

Born in Ellwood City on June 4, 1939, Bill was the son of the late James and Thelma Foreman Timpano.  Bill is survived by his wife, the former Glenna Young, whom he married on August 11, 1967.  An auto mechanic, Bill owned and operated The Timpano Dodge Agency in Ellwood City and later Energy Auto Sales.  An avid outdoorsman, Bill enjoyed hunting and camping.  He also enjoyed flea-marketing. Joseph V. Greco, Jr., 88, of Ellwood City, passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at UPMC Jameson in New Castle. Born in Ellwood City on March 30, 1929, Margaret was the daughter of the late Michael and Elizabeth Stevenish Moskal.  She was preceded in death by her husband, William F.
