Born in Ellwood City on December 9, 1934, Sara was the daughter of the late Alex and Katurah Wineman McLaughlin. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Kandace L. Fountain, 61, of Ellwood City, passed away at her residence on Thursday, January 14, 2021. Born in Ellwood City on November 21, 1959, Kandace was the daughter of William and Phyllis Richt Bubb of Perry Township.  She is also survived by her husband, J.D. Fountain.  They were married on May 30, 1981.  Kandace had worked in the office of Dr. Mary Ann DiBiagio and later at the Ellwood City Hospital. Everett Wimer, 73, of Ellwood City, passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at UPMC Jameson. Born in Ellwood City on December 7, 1947, Everett was the son of the late Charles and Bernice Wilson Wimer.  He married the former Nancy Wolfe on October 26, 1995.  Everett retired from Clem’s Trailer Sales in Franklin Township where he worked as a mechanic.  He and his wife Nancy bred, raised and showed long haired dachshunds and they were the proud owners of four champions.  Everett enjoyed watching drag racing and he raced when he was younger. Paul G. Dici, 89, of Ellwood City, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 in the Butler Health System. Christopher B. Yahn, 67, of Northview Estates in Elwood City, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2021, in Allegheny General Hospital after a brief illness. He was born in Ellwood City on August 15, 1953, to the late Franklin and Cleo Caldwell Yahn. He graduated from Lincoln High School in 1971 and Westminster College in 1975. He also studied at Penn State, Beaver Campus, Community College of Beaver County, and Slipper Rock University. Bailey Dwyer, 19, of North Sewickley Township, passed away Monday, January 4, 2021 at UPMC Montefiore. Born in Ellwood City on July 3, 2001 Bailey was the daughter of Chad and Becky Follett Dwyer.  A 2019 graduate of Riverside High School, Bailey played softball for the Lady Panthers and cheered for 13 years.  She was a student-journalist for EllwoodCity.org and also enjoyed theater.  Bailey was currently a sophomore at Kent State University, majoring in journalism with a minor in multi-media. Carmella “Carmie” Colatruglio Bettoni, our beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Sister, 91, of Ellwood City, passed away on Friday, January 1, 2021 at Carriage Manor. Born in New Castle, PA on February 13, 1929, Carmella was the daughter of the late Antonio and Dina Martini Colatruglio. She married Arthur P. James M. “Jim” Braunbeck, 74, of Fombell, passed away on Monday, December 28, 2020 at the Grove in Harmony. Timothy John Kinard, 62 of Slippery Rock Township passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at his residence following a courageous 3 year battle with esophageal cancer. Patricia Stiles Viccari, 82, of Ellwood City, wishing to be with her husband, passed away at UPMC Passavant McCandless on Saturday, December 19, 2020.
