Born September 8, 1962 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Laird and Frances Cook Coulter. John graduated from Lincoln in 1981. He was a self-employed handyman and enjoyed drawing and painting. Born November 5, 1938 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Christopher A. and Kiturah J. Wineman McLaughlin. Louella graduated from Lincoln High School in 1958. She had retired in 2011 after 43 years of working in the Dietary Department at the Ellwood City Hospital. She attended Park Gate Baptist.
