Shirley Rae Hairhoger Lucy Moore, 65, of Palm Bay, Florida passed away unexpectedly on February 3, 2021. Born July 4, 1955 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Joseph E. Hairhoger and Barbara L. Hozick Hairhoger, who survives. Shirley Rae attended Lawrence County Vo-Tech graduating in 1973 and attended Pen State. William E. Cummins, 72, of North Beaver Township passed away Friday, February 12, 2021 at Select Specialty Hospital in Boardman following a short illness. Born June 16, 1948 in Beaver Falls, he was the son of the late Clarence K. and Florence E. McClurg Cummins. He was married to Jane E. Zeh Cummins for 52 years. Bill served in the United States Navy during Vietnam and Desert Shield and retired as a Sr. Chief Petty Officer. Born June 12, 1932 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late William and Catherine Locke Martin. She married the late Ernest E. Downey Sr. on March 5, 1949. He died on July 10, 1989.
