Donna L. Kreiling, 89, of Ellwood City passed away Friday, April 8, 2022 at her residence following an illness. Born January 25, 1933 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Dorothy Nye Daufen. She was married to Samuel Kreiling. He passed away on March 22, 2006. Donna was an active member of the Lillyville Church of God. She enjoyed camping, cooking, and making homemade pizza’s for the kids in the neighborhood. Born November 28, 1934 in Ellwood City, he was the son of the late Eugene and Isabelle (Means) MacDonald. He was married to Arlene VanGorder MacDonald for 65 years as they were married April 27, 1956. She survives. Anthony D. “Tony” Capalbo, 85, of Wampum passed away Friday, April 1, 2022 at his son’s residence in Ellwood City. Born April 16, 1936 in Wampum, he was the son of the late Gilio “Jim” and Angeline Christian Capalbo. Tony was a graduate of Wampum High School in 1954. He retired as a Supervisor from Medusa Cement in Wampum after 44 years of service. He was an active member of the Wampum Lions Club, where he served as secretary for 50 years. Born August 25, 1946 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Harvey and Margeret Berger Smith. She was married to Carmen Bucci. Kathy was a graduate of Lincoln High School in Ellwood City. She was a member of the Holy Redeemer Parish in Ellwood City, and taught CCD in Koppel and Wampum for over 40 years. Born September 17, 1957 in New Castle, she was the daughter of the late David and Eileen McCormick Durbin. She was married to Ralph “Butch” Reynolds and then to the late Michael Scott Jansto. Born January 9, 1954 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Anthony Joseph and Ruth Miller Kaminski Allen. She was a graduate of Riverside High School. She was employed as a clerk and then an assistant manager at the State Store in Ellwood City for 17 years.
