Charlotte J. Richards, 93, of Ellwood City passed away Friday, October 30, 2026 at Grace Woods Personal Care New Castle.
Born July 1, 1933 in Ellwood City, PA, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Bertha McKelvey Rahne.
Charlotte was a graduate of Lincoln High School. She was a devoted homemaker and spent many years cleaning houses in the area. She was a talented woodworker and a skilled quilter. She enjoyed watching the local wildlife and loved her cats. She also enjoyed traveling, especially going on cruises attending car cruises, and was a fan of NASCAR and motorcycle racing.
Survivors include one son, Charles Dean Richards of Ohioville; two daughters Terry Dwyer of Tampa Bay and Barbara Ann Richards of New Castle; sister, JoAnn French of Ellwood City; seven grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John Richards.
Per her wishes, no services will be held.
