Born December 17, 1936 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late John P and Nellie (Henry) Hobrat . She was married to Mervin Kingston who passed away in 2000. Jean enjoyed bowling and bird watching. She was affiliated with the Civilian Conservation Corps and was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan. John Howard Dahl (Jack), 71, of Denver, North Carolina, passed away on Sunday May 1st. He passed away in his sleep at home, after a year long battle with lung cancer. Jack served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War and later went on to serve the community as a police officer in Ellwood City. In retirement, Jack began a custom millwork business which focused on serving the customers of 84 Lumber in Charlotte NC. His shop was his pride and joy and where he spent his time. Edward P. Kirchel, 83, of Wayne Township passed away Sunday, April 17, 2022 at his residence. Born July 9, 1938 in Beaver Falls, he was the son of the late Paul and Sophie Bednar Kirchel. He was married to Marilyn Safreed Kirchel on October 18, 1958. Ed was the owner and operator of Kirchel’s Auto since 1972. He was a handyman, and could fix anything. Ed loved spending time with his grand and great grandchildren. Cathy L Bucci, 62, of Ellwood City passed away Sunday, April 17, 2022 at UPMC Passavant Hospital following a courageous battle with cancer. Born January 24, 1960 in Ellwood City, she was the daughter of the late Joseph M. and Eileen Oliver DeLisio. Cathy graduated from Lincoln High School with the Class of 1978. She worked in the purchasing department for Chem Lab. She was a member of Holy Redeemer Parish. Cathy enjoyed cooking and having Sunday family dinners and hosting swim parties.
