Born May 15, 2008 in Ellwood City, he was the son of Chad Lutz and Jodi Schilling Coe. Connor was in 11th grade at Riverside High School where he was enrolled in the Vo-Tech HVAC Program. Cindy Lu Smith, 66, of 2019 3rd Ave., New Brighton passed away Thursday, November 14, 2024 at Heritage Valley Beaver. Born October 21, 1958 in Beaver Falls, she was the daughter of the late William and Lillian Gibson Chambers. She married Robert E. Smith Sr. in 1981 and they were happily married for over 30 years when he passed away on January 20, 2004. Tracie L. Haswell, 60, of Ellwood City, passed away peacefully while surrounded by family on the evening of November 10, 2024. She was born May 11, 1964, in Ellwood City, PA, to the late Lloyd E. Sr. and Norma H. (Bubb) Haswell. Tracie was a member of the Lincoln High School, class of 1982. She would have celebrated her 100th birthday in 13 days as she was born to Sarah Jane Axtell Anderson and Earl Alexander Anderson November 21, 1924.
