Glenn E. Armstrong, 56, of New Beaver Boro passed away Sunday, March 26, 2017 at UPMC – Jameson Hospital following a year and half courageous battle with cancer. Born April 16, 1960 in Fort Benning, Georgia, he was the son of Edwin Dewayne Armstrong of New Galilee and the late Betty L. Hackett Armstrong who passed away September 21, 2013. Michael Parks, 49, of Ellwood City passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at the Golden Hill Nursing Center following a courageous two year battle with cancer. Born June 20, 1967 in Ellwood City, he was the son of Eugene Parks of Harmony and Ruth Lumley of Deltonia, Florida. Mike worked for Aiken Refuse for 20 years. Born April 11, 1932 in Keyser, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Ruby Creasy Helmick. She was married for 64 years to Clarence Houk who passed away February 10, 2016.
