Nancy E. D’Arrigo, 61, of Main St. Wampum passed away unexpectedly Thursday, December 29, 2016 at her residence following a short illness. Born November 3, 1955 in Meadville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harry E. and Geraine Stallard Watkins. She was married for 30 years to Anthony C. D’Arrigo who survives. Born March 19, 1917 in Ellwood City, PA, she was the daughter of the late Charles S.and Clara Kocher Weisz. She was married for 64 years to William Fred Weingartner who passed away February 24, 2003. David K. Neff, 80, of Short St., Ellwood City passed away Saturday, December 10, 2016 at the Ellwood City Hospital. Born November 17, 1936 in New Castle, he was the son of the late Curtis E. and Anna J. Duvall Neff. David graduated from Lincoln High School in 1955. He then served in the Army from 1956 – 1957.
