Ellwood City Library Hosting CPR Training Class on Thursday

The Ellwood City Area Public Library offers a variety of weekly activities and this week include a CPR training class on Thursday beginning at 5:30 p.m.

Anita Yoder will conduct training for residents for free. No sign up necessary. Certification cards are not available

Other weekly activities include the following:

WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 7

  • 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – “Interactive Play,” children can play hands-on with various items.
  • 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. – “Tween and Teen After School Club,” snacks and activities for grades 5-12.
  • 6:00 p.m.- “Adult Evening Book Group,” will be reading the book “The Kite Runner” by Kahled Hosseini

THURSDAY, JANUARY 8

  • 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – “Interactive Play,” children can play hands-on with various items.
  • 5:30 p.m. – “CPR Training,” Anita Yoder will conduct training for residents for free. No sign up necessary. Certification cards are not available

FRIDAY, JANUARY 9

  • 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. – “Coloring for Adults,” bring your own material or use the libraries.
  • 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. – “Adult Knitting Group,” Come and socialize while you work on a project.

Hours are Monday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Friday 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Please remember no one is available to take your calls unless it is in the hours listed above.
