Get Ready for the Annual Ellwood City Easter Eggstravaganza!
The Ellwood City Area Chamber of Commerce is set to host the FREE community event on Saturday, April 12th, 2025, at Ewing Park.
There will be a total of five Easter Egg Hunts for age groups 10 and under, including the last hunt for Children with Special Needs.
The day will be packed with family fun starting at 11:00 a.m., including Egg Hunts (Schedule below), Face Painting & Balloon Art, Petting Zoo, Easter Bunny & Character Appearances, and exciting extras available for purchase
Items available for purchase include Professional Easter Bunny Photos by AG Studio/Portraits by Athena, Build-Your-Own Stuffed Animals with Traveling Bears Boutique, Delicious bites from local Food Trucks,
EGG HUNT SCHEDULE:
- Ages 4 & under: 11 AM (starts promptly)
- Ages 5-7: ~12 PM*
- Ages 8-10: ~1 PM*
- Special Needs (all ages): ~1:30 PM*
- (*Times after the first hunt are estimates. Each hunt begins after the field is cleared and reset.)
The first Hunt for Children 4 and under will kick off at 11am. All other hunts will run consecutively.
“We are in search of volunteers to assist in running the Egg Hunts, as well as sponsorship to help support the purchase of 15,000 Easter Eggs,” says executive director Ryan McCandless.
