Mayor Anthony J. Court presented a proclamation to Erma Winters on her 100th birthday on September 2, 2024.
Erma was born on September 2, 1924. She has four children that are her greatest gifts, Georgana, Steven, Eric and Rosemary. Erma was very artistic learning how to paint porcelain china and etched stem ware with different designs which was sold at high end Department stores.
Erma held the office of Secretary of the Schill Manor Residents Association and was very involved in many activities.
A party was held on September 2, 2024 at the Community Room at Schill Manor to celebrate Erma’s 100th birthday. Many friends and family was there to celebrate.
Mayor Anthony Court expressed his sincere appreciation and gratitude for Erma.
Mayor Court proclaimed September 2, 2024 “Erma Winters Day” in Ellwood City and extended Happy Birthday wishes from the entire community.
