The 3rd beautification award was presented by Mayor Anthony Court to Sean and Crystal Latimer of 406 Persing Street.
“Congratulations, your hard work did not go unnoticed,” said Mayor Court in a statement. “Job well done.”
They were presented with a yard sign and a gift certificate from a local restaurant.

This is the 12th year for the beautification program. The program still has three more winners to go and there is still time to get your nominations in! Nominations will be accepted by emailing the Mayor at tcourt230@zoominternet.net or drop nominations off at the Mayor’s Office in the Municipal Building, 512 Lawrence Avenue, Ellwood City, PA 16117.
